The nightly build test seems to be failing because of some changes between rust-lang/rust@0885f66 and rust-lang/rust@0885f66 (inclusive), but I don't have any ideas which.

we're also getting this for some reason but only on the macos build:

           failed to install aqua:cli/cli@2.62.0: No such file or directory (os error 2)
