Purpose
Integrate the dock-seat feature's optional dispatch-seat instruction from its durable
housefeature/dock-seat-credentialsbranch intohouse.Change
This branch starts at current
houseand merges the durable feature branch with a merge commit. The conflict resolution retains the current upstream home-layout skill andAGENTS.mdpointer, adding onlyoptional-seatto theconfig/crew-dispatch.jsonrow. It retains current upstream account-pin, supervision-host, and git-hooks rules and avoids a duplicate documentation audience row.Validation
Synthetic/offline built-CLI validation: no-mistakes review, test, document, and lint stages completed on the merge head. House CI is running at publication. The local probes do not establish external account behavior.
Merge order
The upstream layout PR #67 and the dock-seat durable feature PR #69 have merged. This integration PR follows both. Use a merge commit.
