Add FFI types for Bls12381 crypto types

#133 adds the bls12381 types Ed25519PrivateKey, Ed25519VerifyingKey, ValidatorCommitteeSignatureVerifier, ValidatorCommitteeSignatureAggregator and which should be replicated in the bindings.
