Don't need this open anymore. We showed that we can create a Triton pass extension for an Intel pass (RemoveBoundaryChecks) that works on Linux. #6291 tracks Windows support for Triton extensions. |

Draft PR to show and test the changes required to work with triton extensions. This pulls in the patches from triton-lang/triton#9549 and triton-lang/triton#9550.
This PR contains all of the changes from #6169 and pulls in triton-lang/triton#9550 + a small patch which was accepted into triton-lang/triton#9550.
