MiniFold Release

MiniFold incorporates the following functionalities:

• read a large number of proteins and select the ones under certain length
• calculate dihedral angles and a distance map
• train a 1-D ResNet to predict the angles
• train a 2-D ResNet to predict the distance map

MiniFold uses Tensorflow + Keras
