chore: bump lucide

Lucide just dropped a Svelte 5 runes version of their package under the new name @lucide/svelte this PR is a pretty careless search and replace from lucide-svelte -> @lucide/svelte.

I am gonna open this to get a preview and then I will review more thoroughly.
