- Adds agent contributed as part of NeurIPS 2022 Driving SMARTS competition to the SMARTS agent zoo.
- Agent added: Discrete Soft Actor Critic
- Policy files are hosted at PyPI and smarts-project.
- Added documentation in ReadTheDocs.
