Added Magenta Zwischenstecker and magnetical alarm contact
Magenta Zwischenstecker are HAN-FUN devices and use the "simpleonoff" tag to get/set status. I reused mostly the routines already implemented for lightbulbs. Fritz DECT 200/210 identify themselves as "switchable device",besides their extended switch functionality too. So it had to be assured, that "simpleonoff" is exclusivesly used for HAN-FUN devices. Code works for me with HomeAssistant 2022.6 on WDMYEX2ULTRA. Could not check, if there is any unintented effect to lightbulbs - maybe theses classes could be more unified later on.

Added some changes to switch class to make my Magenta Zwischenstecker work with HomeAssistant.
