This PR updates the KNX integration documentation to reflect that fan entities can now be configured from the UI, in addition to the existing YAML configuration method. The change aligns with similar UI configuration support recently added to other KNX entity types.
Key changes:
- Added a statement indicating fan entities can be created from the frontend KNX panel or via YAML
- Wrapped the existing YAML configuration section in a collapsible details block for better organization
