SSDP attributes can be present but empty

Proposed change

Replace in checks with get checks to ensure it still triggers if the key is present but the value is None.

This is required for #60339 and #59931.

Note: I have been trying to implement #59931 without making any changes to the components but I couldn't work out how to adjust SsdpServiceInfo around this.

This one is handled by __getitem__ so it doesn't make the tests fall over.
If it is implemented, I think it should be in a separate PR.
