Fix availability for hue lights and sensors

Description:

• fixed the deprecation of filename which was made in Reinstate and deprecate filename option for hue config #30846, however the filename belongs to the BRIDGE_CONFIG_SCHEMA instead of the CONFIG_SCHEMA, see Convert Hue to use unique ID #30000 for reference

I do not understand why the tests are failing, I compared my changes to other integrations with deprecated configuration variables and they all seem to use this kind of schema.

This PR is not sufficient in fixing the mentioned issue, furthermore I cannot test this locally and therefore I will close it.
