Breaking Change:

This change breaks existing service call references to the device_tracker.icloud_* services by changing the service calls to be icloud.*.

Description:

Update the domain and service name for icloud.*. See this comment for context: #28890 (comment)

Already packaged in #28968, most of this code will be crushed, sorry 😬

all good! Just wanted to get all of the changes done between releases so that while it will be a painful list of breaking changes, it happens once
