Fix device tracker name & icon for Volvo integration

Proposed change

As pointed out by @raido in this comment, the device tracker entity name was created as device_tracker.*_none. This has been fixed and changed to location. At the same time I've also set a car and car-arrow-right icon, similar to the default icons which uses the account icon.

This fix should be included in the beta for 2025.11 as the main PR for device_tracker has been accepted.
