Several Hexo Theme sites are either inaccessible, broken, or do not offer working demos any longer. This commit/PR removes 12 of them. Footnote: I didn't remove, but probably should be removed: the "carbon" theme has only a partially working demo site (try clicking on any of the demo blog posts).

Thanks for your contribution.
At present, for those themes that are inaccessible, the Hexo team will contact their authors to request updates. If there is no reply within a period of time, such as a month, then the theme is considered to be no longer maintained and removed. See also #899, #1429 and #1458 |

I updated the links to some themes in #1941 and they just needed 301 redirects. Thanks again for your contribution! |

Several Hexo Theme sites are either inaccessible, broken, or do not offer working demos any longer. This commit/PR removes 12 of them that don't work, don't resolve, or any other "critical" problems relating to demo site visibility.
Someone on the Hexo team should periodically audit all the themes -- maybe once every 4 months? -- to make sure the themes are up-to-date and functional.
