Suggestion: Run a call-for-comaintainers

Hello, maintainers! First off, thanks so much for your work on this project. Truly appreciate it!

It seems that there are a couple languishing PR's, and so I thought that maybe you could use some help. Would you be opposed to me or someone else helping to organize a call-for-comaintainers, to help tend to the issue queue?

I'd be happy to go through the issue queues and solicit volunteers. We could also do it by nomination. (Nominating yourself is a-ok, but it's sometimes a nice nudge to have someone else put your name forward in recognition of great past interactions -- it feels a little more motivating to start helping to maintain under those circumstances imho :) )

Anyhow, let me know if you're interested, or have anyone in mind, and maybe we could hash it out in this issue 🎉

This buildpack is now deprecated and we are recommending people move the more actively maintained heroku-buildpack-nginx. For migration advice see here.

As such, I'm closing this issue out since we won't be making further changes to this buildpack.
