Description

These tests succeed (or are ignored) on commercial but fail in GovCloud.

UnknownOperationException: The requested operation is not supported in the called region.

ValidationException: Region of "520713654638.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com..." does not match expected region of us-gov-west-1. Cross region ECR image pulls are not allowed.
