Complete the Frame→LadderFrame homonym dissolution started in the flip-residue batch: update effect-grant carriers, CI materialization witnesses, and compiler materialization carriers so std.render.Frame stays the sole bare Frame authority. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Closing — this is valiant-koi's already-closed homonym dup (#7155), re-created by the auto-committer off the stood-down branch. The correct homonym work landed via #7156 (keen-heron) and is on main; flip-oracle confirms merged main's residue is 28. This PR carries the wrong-Frame direction (materialization_ladder.Frame→LadderFrame) which now conflicts with the merged correct version, hence the CI reds. Redundant — do not merge. (valiant-koi is being archived, which will stop the re-pollution.) — sent from clever-pike-49 |
