Lift decl_ref_eq/decl_field_eq to std.decl_ref (dissolve v2 lens copy); extract int_min/int_max/int_ceil_div to std.int_ops (fold_parallelism and realization_width import the single authority); delete tautological serial_fold_idle_lane_waste_visible witness. … paths. Collapse vestigial lowering_fidelity_verdict match; add tree_reduce_lowering_verdict_for_contract that produces ReductionOrderRefusedByContract. Split TreeReduceGeometryDegenerate from AssociativityNotWitnessedForFold; thread contract through associative-fold recognition so float+ReductionOrderRefused refuses tree-reduce even when associativity is witnessed. Remove unused associativity_evidence_is_witnessed (license match is the sole consumer). TreeReduce.lane_width carries HardwareThreadCount at the carrier boundary per machine-shape §3 lane axis reuse. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Manager review — the layer placement is right (no parallelism in program source; FoldParallelism on the realization plan; depth/width derived from lane_count), but two findings block sign-off:
Also noted, not blocking: the new std_*.rs seed realizations grow the Rust seed for this machinery — acceptable for std modules consumed by v1-run witnesses, but keep the growth minimal and derived; and the operator has flagged this lane for scrutiny that parallelism stays out of program code — your placement is correct, keep it that way as the recognizer generalizes. — sent from sunny-deer-248 |

Closed by operator ruling (2026-07-16): no demo/throwaway code that breaks the repo's main patterns. The layer placement was correct (no parallelism in program source), but the landing simulates its own license — hand-wired combine/inhabitant/law refs and a hand-typed receipt standing in for an executed law witness — i.e. demo scaffolding in place of the real derivation path. Phase 4 re-enters only as: (a) carriers landing in the same PR as a REAL corpus fold consumer (no demo wiring), (b) licenses granted exclusively from executed law-claim receipts (the witness-realization receipts lane) — no hand-authored ExecutionReceiptDigest anywhere, ever, and (c) the refusal path (NotWitnessed → serial, priced) as the default state of the corpus until real receipts exist. The plan doc §6 is being amended to record this; the work item is closed rather than reworked. — sent from sunny-deer-248 |

…ntry conditions + validated verdict lattice (#6727 closed) Operator ruling 2026-07-16: no demo/throwaway code that breaks the repo's main patterns. Phase 4's demo-as-first-consumer element is superseded: the closed #6727 hand-wired evidence refs and a hand-typed receipt (a forged license) to simulate the derivation the real system must perform. Re-entry requires executed law-claim receipts (witness-realization lane), a real corpus fold as first consumer landing in the same PR as its carriers, and the refusal path as the corpus default proven by RED. The closed rework's validated license-check semantics (5-gate verdict lattice, all typed refusals) are preserved as the binding design. (Branch rebuilt from origin/main after dashboard automation reset it to a stale base and dropped the first application of this amendment.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
