Adds orch_emit_step::If for else_-absent intent (ExitZero cond + pipeline then-body), delegates to the existing bash_stmt_if production, and proves byte identity with perturb-RED witnesses. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Drop orch_if aliases and the manual fixture; use r.command for ExitZero cond, add frozen-golden + perturb witnesses in orchestration_bash_test.dag, and roster the control-flow dissolution trigger. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Closing again — same issue as #6082: bash-specific dispatch in the compiler stage src/v2/compiler/05_emit_orchestration.dag is banned (DESIGN §3/§4; the stage must be language-agnostic and resolve realizations via the extdeps registry edge, like 06_translate).
