Adds orch_emit_step::If for else_-absent intent (ExitZero cond + pipeline then-body), delegates to the existing bash_stmt_if production, and proves byte identity with perturb-RED witnesses. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Drop orch_if aliases and the manual fixture; use r.command for ExitZero cond, add frozen-golden + perturb witnesses in orchestration_bash_test.dag, and roster the control-flow dissolution trigger. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Reference orch_emit_control_flow_dissolution_trigger from orchestration_emit_test so the unwired_model lens sees a live test consumer, not a stale roster-only entry. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Closing per operator correction: bash-specific references do not belong in the compiler stage src/v2/compiler/05_emit_orchestration.dag (DESIGN §3/§4 — dispatch/realization lives in extdeps/languages/, the compiler interface stays language-agnostic).
