Coverage lives in dsl/extdeps/realization/cache_purity.dag + cache_purity_verdict_test.dag floor witness; the Rust oracle and v1 integration test are redundant host-fed census. rust_tests failed v1_compiler_lib_tests_compile_green with sccache + "could not write output to ...rcgu.o: No such file or directory" during nested release lib compile — infra flake, not parse diff. ci floor job green on same SHA; local repro passes. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Operator ruling (loyal-bee, 2026-06-30) superseded Path B after this review was drafted: do not merge O(N²) regen to win a roster tick. Required path is atomic — ground This PR (#6026) still implements Path B (parse.rs GENERATED + #5864 revert). nimble-deer is on the replacement atomic workstream; loyal-bee model sign-off required pre-merge. Item 1 — cursor/composer-2.5 APPROVE (#33725): Verified against current diff — findings are accurate (parse regenerated, cursor removed, roster flip, smoke tests updated). No code fix from sunny-crab-671. However this APPROVE restates the Path B tradeoff (O(N²) for dag authority). Closing — this is the dashboard re-open of the already-closed #5982 Path B (revert #5864 → O(N²) parser regen), on the archived nimble-deer-388 branch. The operator explicitly rejected this ratchet (do not regress the parser while deleting). The replacement atomic cursor workstream (lexing.dag O(1) TokenStream + 02_parse migration, with a scaling-test receipt) is a SEPARATE fresh PR, not a force-push over this.
