Summary

Manager-lane base PR only — child delete-sweep PRs rebase after this merges.

  • HAND[] dedup: remove duplicate corpus_lex.rs / inert_carrier_project.rs rows (26→24 unique files)
  • Dissolve patch_cargo_toml_for_generated_crate: emit im-rc, unicode-ident, unicode-properties, ureq from emit_cargo_toml
  • patch_* count: 3→2

Explicitly NOT in scope: deleting census/audit .rs files (e.g. cache_purity_oracle — owned by A1 proud-koi-365 post-merge).

Test plan

  • cargo fmt --all --check
  • CI floor green

  • dedup HAND_MAINTAINED_STAGE0_FILES duplicate rows (corpus_lex.rs, inert_carrier_project.rs)
  • dissolve patch_cargo_toml_for_generated_crate by emitting im-rc, unicode-ident, unicode-properties, ureq from emit_cargo_toml in 05_emit_rust.dag with matching stage0 mirror
  • fmt fix on v1_compiler_emit_rust.rs in 15502565

Dashboard feedback triage (#5981 approval): The claude APPROVE on #5981 targeted lively-bear-153's duplicate cache_purity_oracle delete — that worker is archived and #5981 is closed (superseded by A1 proud-koi-365). No action on this PR from that review.

This PR (#5978) scope unchanged: HAND[] dedup + patch_cargo_toml dissolution + fmt fix. Awaiting CI green + fresh approvals on HEAD 15502565.

Delete cache_purity_oracle from HAND_MAINTAINED roster (24→23).

Coverage lives in dsl/extdeps/realization/cache_purity.dag + cache_purity_verdict_test.dag floor witness; the Rust oracle and v1 integration test are redundant host-fed census. Continues patch_cargo_toml dissolution (emitter now emits stage0 periphery deps).

Revert pushed: d8af5a28a7 (cache_purity_oracle delete) reverted on manager branch — delete-sweep belongs on A1 proud-koi-365 after #5978 merges, not on the base PR. Scope restored to dedup + patch_cargo only.

Each deleted test has a mirrored floor witness in
src/v2/test/claim/extdeps_shape_transport_policy/ (corpus or lens_unit).

* fix: remove stale fact_cardinality_lens_test mod line from lib.rs

Conflict resolution error: the merge-main commit preserved
mod fact_cardinality_lens_test from a pre-#5980 base. #5980 (A2 sweep)
deleted that entry and its .rs file before this PR landed. The lib.rs
diff now matches the intended state: pure deletion of the
extdeps_shape_transport_policy_lens_test entry only.
