Summary

PRE-ROUND-TRIP design-only artifact for Mgr-§3 (dep-graph §3 DEEP lane). Adds docs/planning/v4-emit-breadth-deep-lane-design-2026-06-12.md covering:

No compiler-stage or emit-surface code changes. Implementation GO blocked until sharp-fox announces fan-in (iii) round-trip green.

Test plan

  • Docs-only; no code/tests modified
  • Claim-run witnesses executed for §2 census (target/release/gunbc run --source-root src/v4 --claim-run)

Worker attestation

  • Title describes the change
  • PR body summarises what and why
  • Claim-run commands run for census data
  • No secrets / large binaries / surprise commits

Revise PRE-ROUND-TRIP design per snappy-crab authoritative brief: claim-run
witness results, one-row-per-form invalidation, Rust-through-descriptor plan
(T-22 dissolve), and §5 migration-only census drain ordering.

@briansrls briansrls changed the title Mgr-§3 (composite): emit breadth DEEP lane per dep-graph §3 + operator fork decision. PRE-ROUND-TRIP design-only (no compiler-stage touches): emit-coverage census + ladder of source forms + Rust-second-target descriptor plan + §5 census-drain ordering. Implementation GO fires when a Branch body roun design: §3 emit breadth DEEP lane (PRE-ROUND-TRIP census, ladder, Rust descriptor) Jun 12, 2026

Record sharp-fox ruling: §3-DEEP/§4-THIN standing decision, GO owned by
sharp-fox on fan-in (iii); §1-regression and #4623 hand-list tripwires.

Snappy-crab bisect: comprep_eval false pre-#4738; not eval-dispatch regression.

Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Snappy-crab final triage: comprep_eval green at f382a16, red from
bcff2ef; not known-false ledger. TS bodied-emit reds unchanged.

Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Record snappy-crab bisect (true at #4735, false at #4737) and manual-claim
CI gate meta-finding for ctrl graph amendment.

Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Operator pivot: ctrl TS build depends on gunbc emit; stable CLI contract
and plan_checks.dag breadth-driver slot (census pending).

Review triage (clever-moth-532): verified both dashboard reviews on HEAD 7ff6b6a6.

Review Verdict Findings
claude / claude-opus-4-7 (#28671) APPROVE none
cursor / composer-2.5 (#28673) APPROVE none

No code or doc changes required — pure design doc with zero actionable findings. PR body refreshed to match latest doc revisions (emit CLI façade, plan_checks north-star, #4737 bisect classification).

Merge readiness: 2/2 distinct approvals (claude + cursor), 0 REQUEST_CHANGES, mergeable=CLEAN, all CI checks green. Awaiting operator manual merge per policy.
