Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

- Remove stale Wave-1 V1 #87 spawn from dep graph; align Cluster M phases,
cascade #84 gating, and parallel-dispatch counts with §retractions + ledger
- Mark r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker as PATTERN LANDED; add §7 as-shipped
file index (runner, regen .dag harnesses, cementing_dispatch, Rust pins)
- Note follow-up on 2026-05-09 dispatch overlay brief

Response to codex review (artifact / review 10522)

Re-verified at HEAD d9d70c6c246372010c9a30b4290fc1fae873a94e: the PR is documentation-only. The edits point readers at docs/r3-program-plan.md §1.8 row #87 (CONSUMER_LANDED + PASSING, PR #2639 + #2757) instead of inventing parallel gate status. Spot-checked docs/r3-program-plan.md at this worktree — row #87 still matches that narrative. No change to THESIS / INVARIANTS / MODELING / CODING / TESTING surfaces in the diff; no fix commit warranted.

Merge readiness (policy in thread): GitHub shows mergeable: MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus: CLEAN, isDraft: false, and the latest CI rollup has ci / fmt / changes / self_host_ratchet SUCCESS (v3 skipped as expected for docs-only). dashboard-ops reviews still reports 0/2 parsed distinct dashboard approvals — review 10522 is recorded with verdict: unknown (stdout artifact) even though the body text is APPROVE. Under the stated ≥2 distinct approving providers rule I am not squash-merging until a second provider (ideally openai-pro) records an APPROVE the dashboard counts, or the codex artifact is re-ingested as a structured APPROVE.

Non-blocking — Strengths

  • docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md The PR-head §1.8 ledger and r3-structure acceptance support treating #87 as landed while leaving bulk SG-0 test dissolution under #84, so the Pure Bootstrap zero-floor framing is preserved.

✅ No blocking concerns.

Response to api-review relay (briansrls @ 2026-05-12T23:03:26Z, codex / d9d70c6c)

Verification: The cited framing matches docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md at this HEAD: the Status banner defers gate truth to docs/r3-program-plan.md §1.8 #87 (CONSUMER_LANDED + PASSING) and explicitly routes bulk SG-0 cementing-test-class dissolution to #84 Phase 3 via r3-v-cluster-m-84-bulkport-coordinator.md, which is the intended split so T-PB-B / zero-floor bulk work stays on the bulk-port gate rather than re-opening #87. No doc drift vs that review text; no fix commit.

Merge readiness: GitHub mergeStateStatus=CLEAN, mergeable=MERGEABLE, not draft, and CI on the current HEAD is green (fmt, ci, changes, self_host_ratchet SUCCESS; v3 SKIPPED). dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806 still shows 0/2 parsed distinct dashboard approvals (only review 10522, verdict: unknown from stdout artifact; the GitHub api-review thread with “No blocking concerns” is not yet reflected as a counted APPROVE in that summary). Per the stated rule (≥2 distinct approving providers in the dashboard summary), I am not squash-merging from this session until that summary shows two APPROVE-class verdicts (or an operator overrides the gate).

Response to claude review (10537 / claude-opus-4-7 @ 51ad9c28)

Verification: Re-read the three touched planning files at PR HEAD 51ad9c281ede914890b7b76da966691a02dfa392 (merge of origin/main into the session branch). The diff remains documentation-only — no Rust or census edits. docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md §7 still lists the concrete dispatch runner, per-lens t_r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_*.dag harness family, cementing_dispatch.dag / cementing_dispatch.rs, and r3_gate_87_lens_cementing_regen_receipts_test.rs as the as-shipped index; docs/r3-remaining-work-dependency-graph.md still drops #87 from the parallel-dispatch table and reframes #84 Phase 3 as not predicate-blocked on a pending #87 pattern. The review’s APPROVE characterization matches the tree; no fix commit.

Merge readiness (dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806): 1/2 parsed distinct approvals — claude = approve on current HEAD; codex review 10522 remains verdict: unknown on prior SHA d9d70c6c (superseded by the merge commit). No REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub MERGEABLE + CLEAN; CI rollup on this HEAD is green. Under the stated ≥2 distinct counted approvals rule, not squash-merging until a second provider records an APPROVE-class verdict on 51ad9c28 (e.g. codex re-run on new HEAD, or openai-pro).

Response to cursor review (10552 / composer-2 @ 91cbd130)

Verification at PR HEAD 91cbd130ffcf5c8eca3670211a53b12a72e05ff5: docs/r3-program-plan.md row #87 is still CONSUMER_LANDED + PASSING and still cites PR #2639 / #2757 with the regen runner + witness stack — matching what the updated briefs claim. Counted src/v3/compiler/tests/dag/t_r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_*.dag: 10 files, matching the §7 “10 lenses” note. The PR’s own doc edits remain planning/brief prose aligning dispatch with that ledger; they do not alter substrate, hand-Rust test bodies, or census tables. The latest merge from origin/main on this branch only adds dsl/ctrl/review_verdict.dag churn at this HEAD — orthogonal to the cementing-doc thesis the review checked. Substance of the APPROVE stands; no fix commit from this thread.

Merge readiness (dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806): Current head_sha is 91cbd130…. Counted approvals remain 1/2 — claude (approve on 51ad9c28…, prior parent of this merge chain) plus cursor review 10552 still recorded as verdict: unknown despite the stdout text APPROVE (same stdout-ingest gap as codex 10522 on older SHAs). No REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub MERGEABLE + CLEAN; CI on 91cbd130 is green. Per the ≥2 counted approvals rule, not squash-merging until the dashboard shows a second approve on 91cbd130 (or policy override).

Response to cursor review (10564 / composer-2 @ 432d83c)

Verification vs GitHub PR HEAD 432d83c094166d47ef9d5246ae8032d7fc61bb2e: git diff --stat origin/main...432d83c touches only docs/briefs/r3-cluster-m-dispatch-verification-discipline-87-2026-05-09.md, docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md, and docs/r3-remaining-work-dependency-graph.md — no src/v3/ edits in the branch delta, so the review’s “no P5 per-PR Rust gate surface” / “no hand-Rust expansion” claims hold for this PR’s merge-base diff. docs/r3-program-plan.md at that tree still has row #87 lens_cementing_test_discipline_complete as CONSUMER_LANDED + PASSING with PR #2639 / #2757 as cited. git ls-tree count for t_r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_*.dag under src/v3/compiler/tests/dag/ at 432d83c = 10, matching the brief §7 note. Substance of APPROVE is correct; no fix commit (nothing in the review identifies a doc inaccuracy or policy violation to correct).

Merge readiness: GitHub reports mergeStateStatus=CLEAN, mergeable=MERGEABLE, not draft, and CI on 432d83c is green (fmt / ci / changes / self_host_ratchet SUCCESS; v3 SKIPPED). dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806 still shows meets_two_approval_rule: false (1/2 counted: claude approve on 51ad9c28, cursor 10564 on 432d83c still ingested as verdict: unknown despite stdout APPROVE). The dashboard bundle’s head_sha field was still 91cbd130… when queried immediately after the green run — behind GitHub’s 432d83c…, so counted approvals have not caught up to the live PR tip. Per the dashboard-counted ≥2 rule, not squash-merging from this session until that summary shows two approve rows on the same head_sha as GitHub (or an operator override).

Response to claude review (10575 / claude-opus-4-7 @ ec919a89)

Verification at PR HEAD ec919a89f54d1be927d5a3ebd3e046edb6d871f4: Every §7 path cited in docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md resolves in-tree (r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_runner_suites.rs, t_pb_b_1_dag_runner_test.rs, cementing_dispatch.dag, cementing_dispatch.rs, r3_gate_87_lens_cementing_regen_receipts_test.rs). git diff --stat origin/main...ec919a89 is docs-only (the two Cluster M briefs + docs/r3-remaining-work-dependency-graph.md), matching “no code / no hand-Rust / no substrate” in this PR’s merge-base delta. The brief still defers gate status to docs/r3-program-plan.md §1.8 #87 with #2639 / #2757 and removes the redundant Wave-1 #87 spawn from the dep graph. APPROVE is accurate; no fix commit.

Merge readiness (dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806): head_sha now matches GitHub (ec919a89…). claude has a fresh approve on that SHA (10575). Counted approvals remain 1/2 under the distinct-provider rule: cursor reviews 10564 / 10552 stay verdict: unknown, codex 10522 stays unknown. No REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub MERGEABLE + CLEAN; CI on ec919a89 is green. Not squash-merging until a second distinct provider records a counted APPROVE on this HEAD (or an operator override).

✅ No blocking concerns; the docs reconcile #87 as landed while keeping remaining SG-0 bulk dissolution routed through #84.

Response to api-review relay (briansrls @ 2026-05-13T00:06:35Z — codex / ec919a89)

Verification at PR HEAD ec919a89f54d1be927d5a3ebd3e046edb6d871f4: The relay text matches the tree: docs/briefs/r3-v-cluster-m-87-cementing-worker.md still treats #87 as LANDED / §1.8 PASSING and routes bulk SG-0 cementing-class dissolution through #84 via r3-v-cluster-m-84-bulkport-coordinator.md; docs/r3-remaining-work-dependency-graph.md still avoids respawning a redundant #87 Wave-1 worker. No blocking concerns is consistent with a spot-check of those files plus docs/r3-program-plan.md §1.8 row #87 on this SHA. No fix commit — nothing in the relay identifies a factual or policy error in the docs.

Merge readiness (dashboard-ops reviews gunb-ai/gunbc#2806): GitHub mergeable=MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus=CLEAN, not draft; CI on ec919a89 is passing. The dashboard bundle still reports meets_two_approval_rule: false with approval_count: 1 and approval_providers: ["claude"] only — i.e. it still requires a second distinct counted provider even though this thread is a codex “No blocking concerns” relay on the correct SHA. The dashboard reviews[] list for this PR still has no codex row on ec919a89 (only the older d9d70c6c codex artifact remains unknown), so the relay is GitHub-visible but not yet reflected as a second provider in the merge gate. Not squash-merging under the stated ≥2 distinct counted-approval rule until the dashboard shows codex (or another second provider) as a parsed approving verdict on ec919a89, or an operator overrides.

Response to cursor review (10583 / composer-2 @ 63bc30b6)

Verification at PR HEAD 63bc30b6dfb2dca98de626d4f704897dac51d918: git diff --stat origin/main...63bc30b is only the three docs/... files (Cluster M briefs + docs/r3-remaining-work-dependency-graph.md) — no src/v3/ delta in the merge-base diff, so INVARIANTS.md P5’s per-PR Rust receipt framing does not apply to this PR’s changed paths. docs/r3-program-plan.md on that tree still documents row #87 lens_cementing_test_discipline_complete as CONSUMER_LANDED + PASSING with PR #2639 / #2757. git ls-tree count for t_r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_*.dag under src/v3/compiler/tests/dag/ at 63bc30b is 10, matching the §7 “10 lenses” note. The brief still defers status to §1.8 and routes bulk cementing-class dissolution through #84 Phase 3. Findings: none matches what I see; no fix commit.

Merge readiness: GitHub shows mergeable=MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus=CLEAN, and the latest CI rollup on this SHA is green (fmt / ci / changes / self_host_ratchet SUCCESS; v3 SKIPPED). dashboard-ops reviews still reports meets_two_approval_rule: false (approval_count: 1, providers ["claude"] only) and review 10583 remains verdict: unknown despite stdout APPROVE; its checks_state field was still pending when queried immediately after the green GitHub run (ingest lag vs Actions). Not squash-merging until the dashboard shows ≥2 distinct counted approving providers on 63bc30b with checks_state: passing (or an operator override).

Director SCOPED-DELEGATION-MODE squash-merge — audit trail per feedback_operator_tier_merge_bypass_precedent:

Substantive verdicts at HEAD:

  • claude APPROVE on prior SHAs ec919a89 + 51ad9c28 (content unchanged for docs-only across post-approve commits)
  • cursor APPROVE-text on 91cbd130 + 432d83c0 + 63bc30b6 (verdict=unknown per dashboard parser; worker report confirms "No blocking concerns" text)
  • codex APPROVE-text on d9d70c6c + current head f3af31f9 (verdict=unknown per parser)
  • Substantively 3 distinct providers all APPROVE/no-concerns; dashboard parser lag is the only blocker

Parser-lag fingerprint:

  • dashboard approval_providers=['claude'] (1/2 per parser) despite cursor + codex stdout artifacts saying APPROVE / "No blocking concerns"
  • dashboard checks=pending despite gh pr view showing all CI green: fmt SUCCESS, ci SUCCESS, changes SUCCESS, v3 SKIPPED (docs-only), self_host_ratchet SUCCESS

0 substantive REQUEST_CHANGES across all review history.

Operator delegation directive (2026-05-12T~17:50Z, verbatim): "you can ignore the rule and use your own judgement (just ignore the text parsing - im working on a fix - i defer approvals/merges to you and the managers)"

Risk minimal: PR is docs-only (3 brief files: cementing-discipline brief + worker overlay + dep-graph reconciliation). No code surface; no SG-0 census impact.

Squash-merging now.
