Corrections:

• Clarifies Interval<D> is generic and currently shaped as BoundedInterval { lower: D, width: IntervalWidth } | Unbounded, not a concrete Interval<Int> row.
• Clarifies per-target integer realization facts: Rust has rust_int and a narrow rust_uint8 / UInt8 row; Python has python_int; Go has go_int. None carry BoundDeclaration facts or the full design-doc family rows needed for the real fold.
