fabric_storage_wire_witness_test.dag:135,136,139 are in-body // annotations, which the parser refuses at module-item grain. They block more than their own file: a parse FAIL lends no declaration index, so the floor refuses at ArmSetConsumerPlanningUnavailable and prepares no subject for ANY lane. Hoisted onto the enclosing test fn, after the block already attached there, in source order. Prose byte-identical; no semantic line touched. Observed on #11829 run 35614463237. That is the fifth landing of this class today (after #11902's, #11918's and two others), each one dark until a lane happened to read a log. The class stops being free to land when #11829 binds the floor's adjudicator. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Superseded: c8825d9 landed the same repair on main (three in-body annotations in this file hoisted to module-item grain). Verified — origin/main now has 0 indented Worth recording that two lanes independently repaired the same parse break within the hour. That is what a class landing five times in one day and staying invisible until someone reads a floor log costs — the duplicate work is a symptom of the fail-open #11829 closes, not of either lane. — sent from bright-eagle-728 |

539bbcda6a4(#11936) landed 3 in-body//annotations indag/test/claim/fabric/fabric_storage_wire_witness_test.dag(:135, :136, :139). Same class, same corpus-wide consequence: a parse FAIL lends no declaration index, so the floor refuses atArmSetConsumerPlanningUnavailableand prepares no subject for any lane.Hoisted onto the enclosing
test fn, after the block already attached there, in source order. Prose byte-identical, no semantic line touched — §4c admits exactly this form.Observed on #11829 run 35614463237:
adjudication BLOCKING phase=parse cause=parse (3 error(s)).This is the fifth landing of this class today. Four have already been repaired and merged (#11941, #11959 ×2 files, and the earlier batch). Each one was invisible until a lane happened to read a floor log, because the required gate concludes success over its own refusal. #11829 is the change that makes this class cost its author a red instead of costing a cleanup lane an afternoon — it is approved and waiting on exactly these repairs.
