v1 parse_service_def already accepts this nest; G0 had no production, so the native door died on leftover `service`. Keyword terminals keep unknown modifiers refusing. Parsing is not lowering. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Closing as a duplicate of #11622 — its owner flagged it and I verified before acting.
Verified by content rather than by file presence, deliberately. Earlier today I closed #11615 as a duplicate of #11575 having checked only that its eight files existed on main — a membership check, blind to a content edit. One of the eight differed, that difference was an open review finding's fix, and recovering it took a separate PR (#11618). Same situation, so: same check, done properly.
