Second dated TicketUpdate (2026-09-17) on namespace-import-deletion's updates thread in gunbc.roadmap_authority, following #11397.

The integration train #11461 (main + #11202/#11201/#11210/#11301/#11209, originals closed as superseded) landed with its exact-head native receipt. Recorded: the one repair only the receipt could find — the emitted v2 parser's dag_grammar_type_decl_expr has no modifier slot, so sole_constructor on the new LocatedNormalizedTree would have pushed program_assembly.dag out of the v2-native-readable set (now a plain record); the same modifier stands on main in three files inside the parse_g0_tokens_remain population. Standing after the train per stage; #11264 remains the resume trigger for XL-0/XL-3 derivability; XL-2 and ACT-0 not started; follow-up deletion #11466.

Prose-only; typechecked on srv1 with a gunbc built from the branch (brief-budget violations unchanged and pre-existing). ROADMAP.md regenerates by heal.
