Deletion follow-up owed by gunbc#11461 (landed as f523abe). The 67 TargetChanged rows under dag/gunbc/namespace/transition_admission/ (v1.compiler.emit_rust and reference_derived_disposition_census_witness_test bindings that resolve to gunbc.reference_derived_candidate, plus reference_deps symbol_eq resolving to v2.std.node) were consumed at #11461's merge_group run; this PR deletes them, returning the roster to its designed resting state (empty directory). Branch = origin/main + one commit; lands on its own tally.
