- Removes V2 Hosted Services and Client Cookies - Removes Assocaited Code in OrbotService - OrbotApp will delete local v2 databases - Removes XML Resources - Refactored V2 code that V3 used to appropriate V3 Backages

This should be merged on October 15th 2021 when Tor fully moves on from v2 Onion Services. Or sooner if Orbot upgrades to
tor4.6+OrbotAppwill delete local v2 databases
