This PR is backportable to v18 as-is, but not to v17. In v17, we should default
jobResourcestoresourcesto replicate the previous v17 behaviour.Related to: #61856
Changelog: Made the
teleport-clusterHelm chart job resources configurable again via thejobResourcesvalue.
