This PR updates the regex used by `validServerHostname` to permit consecutive symbols (`-` and `.`) in server hostnames. Changelog: Enable multiple consecutive occurrences of `-` and `.` in SSH server hostnames. Signed-off-by: Tiago Silva <tiago.silva@goteleport.com>
