Backport #40197
Changelog: Teleport Connect now shows all recent connections instead of capping them at 10
A manual backport was need because this release branch doesn't have VNet, so there were conflicts in the stories for
<Connections>. To solve this, I just copied that file from master and removed all bits related to VNet.In addition, this branch still has template literal types for
ServerURI, so I had to adjust the types in the stories a little bit.
