Update due to recent security patches. * https://github.com/grpc/grpc-go/releases/tag/v1.57.1
This are primarily examples, but we still want to update to ensure coverage against CVE-2023-44487.

v13 backport of PR #33265 and #33487
As mentioned in #33265 this is a fairly significant version bump, so likely comes with some risk. But this appears to be the minimal update possible to address CVE-2023-44487.
