This updates the vendored prometheus, the only difference between the previously vendored version and this one is this PR:
grafana/mimir-prometheus#216
The PR #216 adds an option to the TSDB which makes it possible to use the new (current in upstream) Prometheus chunk disk mapper, by default this option is disabled.
In a follow-up PR to Mimir I will add a configuration option to enable the new chunk disk mapper in Mimir.
