Bump the shfmt version in all e2e fixture mise.toml files from v3.12.0 to v3.13.1 to match the renovatebot bump in the root mise.toml. Signed-off-by: Gregor Zeitlinger <gregor.zeitlinger@grafana.com>
When the exact versioned binary name (e.g. shfmt_v3.12.0) is not found
on PATH, scan PATH dirs for any binary starting with the prefix before
{version} in the format string (e.g. shfmt_) to find the installed
version (e.g. shfmt_v3.13.1). This decouples binary resolution from
the declared version, so Renovate bumps no longer require fixture
version updates.
Revert the one-off fixture bump (v3.13.1 → v3.12.0) in shfmt e2e
fixtures — the new fallback logic makes it unnecessary.
