The qdox library is used by maven-plugin-tools in order to analyze JavaDocs. The qdox version brought in by maven-plugin-tools:3.6.0 is 2.0-M5. However there was a bug that caused NullPointerExceptions when enum values have methods with generics. We now require at least the release that has the fix and prefer the latest currently available release.

The test for #9 is quite specific so it's moved to a dedicated class to not confuse readers of PluginDescriptorGenerationFuncTest.
