Finally batteries 3.4.0 has been released with OCaml 4.13 support. This was the only thing holding us back.
I thought while we're at upgrading the OCaml version range, might as well bump the lower bound from 4.09 to 4.10. This finally allows us to use
List.concat_mapinstead ofList.concat (List.map ...).I also updated Gobview accordingly: for the time being that requires a pin for
reason.
