This PR updates the slice widget viewer to be able to support a viewer with three dimensions (i.e. it also has a
z_att). The motivation here is glue-viz/glue-vispy-viewers#399. Since this generalizes the widget helper beyond just the image viewer, this PR also moves it toviewers.common.
