[Feature request] Select theme UI

I know ghostty +list-themes exists already but I like to test out multiple themes on my actual shell/code.

I would like to be able to open a theme selector UI which works pretty much like the list-themes action but when hitting enter, it updates the configuration with the chose theme.

For reference here's what Zed's theme selector looks like (VScode has a similar one I think):

I'm not really sure why this discussion has been closed as duplicate of #2354.
I really don't think it's the same thing, this discussion is about adding a "command palette"-style theme selector (associated with a keybind like super+k>t) while #2354 is about adding a native preference pane.

Ah, you didn't make it clear that you want it to be separate from any normal GUI settings. In that case I have a WIP command palette PR at #5681

Oh I see, my bad.
In the end, I think both command-palette and GUI pane could co-exist to manage themes, but I think the command-palette thingy would be a lot more useful to test out a theme and instantly see how a theme looks like using your current shell session and code.
Anyway, can't wait to see how your PR goes.
