[high] documentation content correctness

The PR adds a caveat warning about OpenShell 0.0.115 being broken on Apple Silicon, but the guide on main has already been updated to recommend 0.0.116 (commit 5932b2f, merged 2026-08-28), which ships the upstream fix (NVIDIA/OpenShell#3006). Since the guide now directs users to OPENSHELL_VERSION=0.0.116 instead of 0.0.115, this caveat is obsolete and would confuse users following the current installation instructions.

Suggested fix: The PR should be rebased on current main or closed. The underlying issue (#6707) has already been resolved by moving the version pin to 0.0.116.
