Introduce docs/problems/agent-observability.md covering the observability gap in the agentic development design: tracing agent execution, cost and token tracking, latency monitoring, behavioral drift detection, and audit requirements. Evaluates Langfuse as a candidate platform (open-source, self-hostable, OpenTelemetry-based) alongside alternatives. Cross-reference from agent-infrastructure.md, testing-agents.md, production-feedback.md, and README.md. Add Langfuse as an eval framework entry in testing-agents.md alongside promptfoo and deepeval.
