OpenShell 0.0.76 → 0.0.78 patch bump. Verified this doesn't interact with the gateway/supervisor version-skew bugs (#2068/#2069 upstream) since fullsend's gateway.toml template pins supervisor_image to ${OPENSHELL_VERSION} from .github/scripts/openshell-version.sh, so gateway and supervisor always move together regardless of tag. The e2e check is green. The functional-tests failure is a pre-existing, unrelated issue (allowed_remote_resources missing the pre-triage.sh URL from fullsend-ai/agents) — it fails identically on main at v0.0.76, so it's not a regression from this bump.
