Rust `1.90.0` and newer. That floor comes from the dependency tree (`ordered-float 5.5.0` and
`cosmic-text 0.19`), not from this fork's own code, so the `fc-gpui*` packages declare no
`rust-version` of their own, matching upstream Zed's `gpui`.
