yep @mattsse so we'd need alloy-rs/alloy#190 and alloy-rs/alloy#179 in to complete the transition, as we need both pending tx, and signing / sending txs support. |

Motivation
We can already move all the cast methods which do not deal with sending txs or need pendingtx support.
Solution
Uses alloy providers and types for all cast methods that do not directly deal with building and sending txs. This merges into #7106
This also extends the cast txbuilder to build an AlloyTransaction.
