Final Order Page: Issue with date missing timezone and onsite heading

On the final order page there are two issues:

1. The date of the event is missing the timezone (a. on the top below the event heading, b. on the right side box)
   

2. The heading for "Onsite Instructions" is too big. It should be the same as above items.
