Show "Set Public Profile Name" Pop up for users without a public profile name after login

For users who have not set a public profile name, after login display a pop up as follows, please:

1. You have not set a "Public Profile Name" yet. A public name is displayed on user profiles and video sessions instead of a fantasy name. You can change it later on your account page. Set your public name now [Show box here for "Public Profile Name"]. Save / Cancel"

2. Also change the text on the account profile page (i) icon at https://eventyay.com/account/profile to: ".. instead of a fantasy name."

Hello, can I work on this issue? I'm a beginner and few clarification of doubts would help me a lot.

This issue is lower priority compared to others and we already have two PRs that we can follow up on.
