Development branch deployment link not working

Deployment link(https://opev-event-fe.netlify.com) for development branch of open-event-frontend is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to README.md.
2. Click on https://opev-event-fe.netlify.com.
3. See error

• Browser: Firefox
• Version: 70.0.1
