Event Export non-functional

Describe the bug
Exporting an event isn't working due to wrong logic pertaining to URL fetching and downloads.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Event Dashboard'
2. Export the event (Press start, wait... and download)
3. See error

Expected behaviour
Event Exports should work
