perf(cake_dense_projection_det_gemm): plan the 4096 -> 12288 input gradient with the row-half-release program at T-exact keys - #8765
This PR changes the Cake dense_projection_det_gemm package in flashinfer.experimental, the deterministic dense projection GEMM. Most programs in the package are BF16-operand GEMMs (forward, dgrad and wgrad), and one is an FP32 router GEMM. The package already ships the forward (K-major B) form of the half-tail tall program with a column-grouped raster, whose tall epilogue releases output by row half (the row-half-release program). This PR adds the input-gradient (MN-major B) form of that program, built from the same kernel source family for sm_100a and sm_103a. The number of compiled libraries in the package goes from 275 to 277. The PR adds 3 new row rules for the 4096→12288 input gradient (BF16 output). Each rule applies at a single token count T. They cover sm_100a at T 16384 and sm_103a at T 16231 and 16384, and they use 16-column-tile raster groups. Before this PR, these rows used the overlapped half-tail program from the ragged rule, in the same 16-column-tile groups. On sm_100a, the T 16231 row keeps its current plan. The rule count goes from 388 to 391 (sm_100a 153 → 154, sm_103a 110 → 112). The sm_107a rules are unchanged, and no sm_107a library is added. The baseline is the previous Cake version of the package on main. The gain is small, about 1 % on every measured row. On GB200, the T 16384 row has a speedup of 1.010 on one node and 1.011 on the other. On GB300 the rows measure 1.010 at T 16231 and 1.011 at T 16384. On B200 the row measures 1.009, and on B300 both rows measure 1.011. No changed row is slower on any of the four GPUs. Every rule keeps the K split of the row's previous plan (whole K per output tile), so outputs on those rows are bitwise identical to main. All other rows of the 294-row shape list plan the same programs as main.
Speedup of this PR over the previous Cake version on main. GB200 (sm_100a, 152 SMs, two nodes), GB300 (sm_103a, 152 SMs), B200 (sm_100a, 148 SMs), B300 (sm_103a, 148 SMs); CUDA 13.4, cold L2, BF16 output. Speedup = previous time / this PR time, and values above 1 mean this PR is faster.

Performance
Added optimized dense projection input-gradient execution for select workloads on sm_100a and sm_103a GPUs.
Improved handling of specific token counts for 4096→12288 input-gradient operations.
…adient with the row-half-release program at T-exact keys
The input-gradient (MN-major B) form of the half-tail tall program with
the tall epilogue released by row half and the column-grouped raster
(dense_proj_det_gemm_kn_n256_m256_ht_cg_or_pro7) is new: the registry
gains its record and build.json two entries, for sm_100a and sm_103a
(277 libraries). This change plans it at three T-exact keys of the
4096 -> 12288 input gradient (16-column-tile raster groups), in place
of the ragged rule's overlapped half-tail program in the same groups:
- sm_100a at T 16384;
- sm_103a at T 16231 / 16384.
Each key keeps the per-tile K partitions of the row's plan without it
(whole K per output tile), so every output is bitwise equal to that
plan's; every other T and sm_107a are unchanged; the rule count goes
from 388 to 391.
Latency (us, previous plan -> this plan; cold L2, CUDA 13.4; geometric
mean over 16 order-balanced passes of per-pass medians;
0 slower passes on any board):
4096 -> 12288 input gradient, sm_100a, T 16384:
GB200 node 1 926.2 -> 916.7
GB200 node 2 938.2 -> 928.2
B200 987.0 -> 978.2
4096 -> 12288 input gradient, sm_103a:
GB300 B300
T 16231 820.0 -> 811.5 877.3 -> 867.8
T 16384 820.2 -> 811.6 878.6 -> 869.1
Tests: the rule counts, the measured-rows table, and the GB T-exact
table (planner test: program, raster group, the K partitions of the
plan without the key, T +- 1 unchanged; device test: FP64 reference and
bitwise equality with the plan without the key).

Add a padded-output device case for the new T-exact template.
The device test for the GB T-exact keys allocates out as a contiguous (T, N) tensor only. The padded-stride test uses a different shape, so no inspected device test runs dense_proj_det_gemm_kn_n256_m256_ht_cg_or_pro7 with a padded row stride. Add a parametrized case that writes into a column slice of a wider NaN-filled buffer. Check the output values against the FP64 reference, and check that the padding stays NaN.
